These terms apply when you buy from Lola Mariee, a business of Oliver Omni Systems LLC, Columbus, Ohio.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you pay, we tell you and refund that item in full.

Colours and sizing

We show colours as accurately as we can, but screens differ. Use the size guide; fit can vary a little between styles.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
