Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO.

Cost and time

• Standard US shipping: $5.99, free on orders over $75.
• Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Some styles ship separately; you get tracking for each package.
• Local pickup in Columbus, Ohio (free): we message you when your order is ready.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you the tracking link. If it has not moved in 5 business days, write to us at hello@lolamariee.shop.

Address problems

Please check your address at checkout. A package returned because of a wrong or incomplete address can be reshipped once you confirm the right address; the new shipping cost is yours to pay.

Lost or damaged

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your local post office, then write to us within 7 days. Arrived damaged? Send a photo within 7 days and we make it right.
