We want you to love what you ordered. If you do not, you can return it.

The rules

Start a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@lolamariee.shop with your order number.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Your refund goes back to your original payment within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Shipping charges are not refunded.
We do not do exchanges: return the item and place a new order for the size you want.

For hygiene and safety these cannot be returned: bodysuits, intimates and lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products, and items marked final sale.

Write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
